Smart Word is in Australia

After ten happy and fulfilling years in Singapore, where we founded Smart Word and built our business, we have moved to Australia.

The good news is that we’re still very much available to clients in Asia – if anything, the time advantage we gain from being here means we can serve you even better. But now we also have the ability to start up here, offering our unique combination of services to Australia-based organisations.

Our beginnings here were perfectly timed to coincide with two of the worst disasters to hit this country: the catastrophic bushfires in late 2019 and early 2020, and of course the global COVID-19 pandemic.

Luckily, our skills and know-how are portable, and we’re now based in the picturesque New South Wales country town, Braidwood. We can zoom with you from here just as well as we could from Singapore, Sydney or Canberra – if anything, the pandemic has made remote working even more accepted and a lot more efficient.

It may be some time until the worst of the pandemic is over and business assumes something approaching normality.
